Justin Foa is the fifth generation Foa to lead the firm. Before joining Foa & Son, Justin had over ten years experience with multinational insurance brokerage firms, including Aon Risk Services, where he was Vice President of the Mergers and Acquisitions Due Diligence Insurance Division.

Justin has a Bachelor's Degree in Insurance and Risk Management from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and the Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designations from the Insurance Institute of America.

Justin was elected President of the Columbus Citizen's Foundation Young Adults Auxiliary Group and was also appointed as a Worldwide Board Member of the World President's Organization (WPO) Legacy Program.

He was born, and lives, in New York City with his wife, Tiffany, and their two sons, Max and Luke.
