Frank Vivolo is a Senior Vice President of Benefits at Foa & Son who has used his ability to think outside of the box to create strategic deliverables for his clients for over 25 years.
Frank is committed to working with all different types of clients and companies to truly understand them and their company culture. Over his career, he has focused on the importance of listening and asking the right questions to gain unique insights into his clients’ needs. As a leader, he empowers and motivates his team to give them a sense of accomplishment stemming from a deep knowledge of what to do and why it is important.
He values working closely with clients to come up with short and long-term benefits strategies, and providing benefit offerings that will help attract and retain best-in-class employees.
A graduate of the State University of New York at Old Westbury, Frank holds a BS in Finance. Since entering the industry as a Financial Analyst, Frank has held titles such as Sr AE, Regional Underwriting Manager, Director of Account Management at companies like Zurich, Gallagher Benefit Services and International Benefit Administrators. During his career, Frank received two promotions to Management level in less than 16 months.
Frank is a first-generation American who lives in Long Island, NY, with his wife of 25 years and three children. He enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, gardening, going to the beach, and attending his daughter’s dance performances and softball, soccer, and volleyball games.
