Michael is a Director at W K Webster and heads up its Casualty and Recoveries departments from the UK with a team of 40+ specialist staff in these areas. Prior to joining W K Webster Michael spent over 20 years at one of the International Group P&I Clubs where he was a Director, Partner and Head of Claims. Michael therefore has a wealth of experience over a very broad range of marine liability areas including cargo, collisions, marine pollution, hull and machinery, ports and terminals, amongst others. W K Webster has been offering marine and transit claims and consultancy services worldwide since 1861 and is widely considered to be the leader in its field. It employs a staff of over 230 colleagues at its hub offices in the UK, US and Singapore providing innovative claims and consultancy solutions to a broad and impressive list of clientele around the globe made up of both insurer and corporate clients.

Michael Lieberman is a Senior Vice President at Foa & Son, and heads up the Food & Beverage Industry practice. The 2019 Insurance Journal Agent of the Year, Michael takes great pride in understanding his clients’ business. Michael is an active member of the Association of Food Industries, and has worked closely with the United Fresh Produce Association. Michael is currently serving his second term on the National Fisheries Institute (NFI) board of directors. Since 2008, he has served on the board of directors of SeaShare, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supplying the nation’s food bank system with high-quality seafood products.
